The Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms & easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. Our goal is simple: We want you to want to work out&  to love working out! Achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life!

The routines feature interval training sessions where fast & slow rhythms & resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix & you've got a Zumba® class!

When you dance you get to experience a great cardio-respiratory workout, increased energy, increased muscle tone & definition, increased muscular strength, & reduced stress. 

Now, you may be saying “Reduce stress? No way! When I’m in a dance class I’m constantly stressing about getting the steps & the moves right!”

GROOVE classes focus on inspiring everyBODY to dance their own way!  You learn simple movements (for example, wiggle) and then you get to do it your own way. There is no left foot/right foot and no 5-6-7-8.

GROOVE classes provide a fun space for everybody to unify in one or two common movements and then each person gets to GROOVE it their own unique way!
