drop in basis
in order to make our programs as accessible as possible to busy people, to allow as much  freedom as possible to participate without having to worry about missed classes or restrictive scheduling. 

We offer yoga classes for all ages & levels of experience, including:

DOWN DAWG YOGA
FRIDAYS @ 5 - 6pm

DownDawg Yoga is not your traditional yoga practice! This is a class for those who like a
powerful, sweaty workout done to energizing, motivational music.
You will get all the strength and flexibility training that yoga provides,
in a fun, light hearted environment.
Instructor: Kirsten Dibblee

YOGA & MEDITATION
WEDNESDAYS @9:00 - 10:30AM
Short periods of meditation combined with yoga postures create ease in body & mind,
releasing physical tension, enhancing flexibility & strength, and promoting mental focus. 
A practice combining asana (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques) with Dharana (concentration) and Dhyana (meditation).  No previous experience with meditation is required.  All levels welcome. Instructor: Gail Bradshaw (DROP IN)

Slow Flow Yoga Level 1
THURSDAYS @ 10:30am - 12:00pm
Slow Flow Yoga 1 will provide you with the basic foundation of postures and movements and will help you gain strength, stamina, balance and flexibility.
Coordinating with your breath, you will move through a sequence of yoga poses with modifications for all levels to suit your ability -
always striving to find comfort and ease in each pose. Instructor: Suze Willgren (DROP IN)

Most of our classes are offered on a drop in basis, for your convenience.There are some courses which will be offered on a registered basis only (progressive in nature) & others that will offer the option of registering at a reduced rate per class. Here are our up-coming courses for registration:


YOGA 101: Never practiced yoga before? This 4 week workshop series is designed specifically for the absolute beginner or anyone wanting a step-by-step review of the basics! In just 4 weeks, you will have a strong foundation in the fundamentals of yoga, breathing, & alignment & will feel comfortable joining a level 1 or all level yoga class.Offered monthly, starting on the first Sunday of the month, for 4 consecutive weeks: by pre-registration only  in person or on-line (sorry, no drop-ins)
Sundays 11:30am- 1:15pm
